A fantastic reimagining of an old favorite. This take everything that made the original Greeneyes fun and keeps it intact while not only improving upon it but also adding in it's own flair. There are even touches that many would not have thought about, like giving heat mode an effect similar to Maximum Heat Knuckles attack from SA1. Overall very fun and a job well done.
It's... It's perfect! Let's start with the heat mechanic. I personally find it AWESOME to basically have an overall buff just for doing what you should be doing regardless. Then, he has a homing attack, in which you can hold down to keep the momentum to go even faster, and if that wasn't enough then he can literally force himself infinitely downwards through air or water no matter the substance, and even has a double jump. Don't even get me started on the free lightspeed dash that you have which you're virtually invincible using. And the sidestepping is so cool for dodging attacks or getting out of the way of enemies without having to kill them or jump over them to ruin the flow. FEEL THE HEAT!

When I made the original Greeneyes, he was pretty "maximalist" as I was using him to practice Lua scripting stuff, but I still think he's pretty fun, and I'm happy to see someone bring him back an give him updates! If you're willing to stretch for the additional buttons, he's got his differences from the other Sonics out there.
