[Open Assets] FlowAbilities v5

wow this is a long time coming

the mod has pretty much been reinvented to be a completely new experience! there are a lot of changes now, but here's a few of the standout changes.

- momentum! you can now retain momentum, spread the word. awesome. amazing.

- amy has like five abilities hoooly shit
-- abilities like the piko-piko catapult, double jump, and instashield twinspin, as well as passive changes you might want to check out!

- fang also has like five abilities but not the bomb that's kinda disappointing
--abilities like retaining momentum when starting the bounce ability, using a gun, and using a gun in mid-air!

- i changed sonic's homing attack again deal with it.

enjoy! i sure enjoyed making this bc it was basically procrastinating making my character mods lol

second verse, same as the first. for the most part, flowabilities has been ported to xenforo, as well as finishing flowtails, neglecting amy once again, but also stripping fang of his bomb throw. it was just too strong for its own good.
sonic and metal sonic have also been changed up on the backend to make reusing them just a little easier. sonic now also cancels his homing attack momentum the same way shadow does.
