Fire Field from F-Zero, remade in Kart!
This is a relatively simple recreation of it, so I decided to give it a bit of extra stuff to make it more interesting (and an amalgamation of a bunch of random F-Zero related stuff)
There is a custom start jingle, taken from Mario Kart 8, the music and textures are from F-Zero GX, there is a custom final lap sound effect from F-Zero X, and an Encore Mode variant with music from Nintendo Land.
The track also includes a Pit Zone that works with F-Zero: Kart.
