lots of changes to elemental

more shading than before on spikes and lights change color with the character

and also sprite changes a little bit for drifting

so the plot of this character is that this is sonic from the bad future and Eggman beat him in that future and Roboticized him and be was sent to the present to help the present eggman beat present sonic but present sonic met tails before he went to little planet so when sonic beat metal sonic in stardust speedway sonic took metal sonic tail studied metal sonic and saw that metal sonic was sonic from the future and tails was able to deroboticized metal sonic and elemental was born also thanks to @RetroStation for the bike template and @fickleheart for Kartmaker
