[Open Assets] Climb Spin v1

Could you please make a version that doesn't replace the thok? I have other mods that change the thok and I am afraid they may conflict (haven't tested yet, so I may be wrong). You could also show _what_ this mod does to the thok in the Overview page.

Absolutely fantastic! I wish this was in the vanilla game!

This is a really good implementation for a vertical move on Sonic. It's well-balanced, and is simple and easy to get the hang of. 5/5 ability overall.
