First off, from the land of Mobius, comes the retired raccoon superhero who used to save the day when Sonic was still a hedgehog-let! He saw everyone's Ring Racing activities on Mobius TV, and figured he needed to race as well.
The captain's rivals are Sonic, Scratch, and Grounder; he's interacted with them during his cartoon episode.
Scratch & Grounder aren't in the base game, so get them from >>Emiliano's Jerk Collection.<<
The next racer comes from a gacha game I used to play: Ash, from Fire Emblem Heroes!
