this has been laying untouched on my pc for a while now might as well release it

i don't remember what it exactly has, off the top of my head there's starman (kirby), starman (earthbound), an elphelt resprite and a new signpost for tenna

happy new year btw i might hop back on ring racers so i might make actual updates. maybe

with 2.4 right around the corner, and most (popular) servers moving their servers to the new release candidate builds, i have taken the decision to no longer be giving individuals. with the addition of being able to load up to 1024 characters, players and server hosters can load any amount they want without a real risk of hitting the limit, so i don't see a real reason to be handing them away anymore.

- The "No Extra Colors" file has been replaced with a "Chars Only" file
- Credits have been added! (finally)
