This mod is one of the greatest SRB2 Addons on the MS, the physics and even the sprites are so similar to the 3d counterpart, but, i would love if you could make this compatible with the "Momentum Mod" from CobaltBW

It was the same for Xmomentum, but I was able to talk Frostii into letting me create a backdoor for it, hence why you need the new v1.3 for it to work with Adventure Sonic.

I'd suggest messaging Cobalt for it. Since his mod is still being widely used, a compatibility update for mods would benefit more than just SA-Sonic.

Now this mod is amazing! I seen lots of other sonic tubers do a video on this and I will do it as well when I get my recording setup prepared, but one thing I kinda don't like is that why you have to click 2 buttons just to do a emote, why can't it be one of the numbers like "1,2, & 3" on the keyboard?

If you're using a controller, I'd suggest binding "weapon previous" and "weapon next" to the bumpers for easy taunt access.

best addon to-date, gave my friends and i a reason to replay SRB2 in general
the base gameplay is incredible in how flexible but friendly it is to use, the sprites are amazing, the visuals are great and the extras are just sick
however, i still have some small gripes with this, like the blue spring interaction being exclusive to vertical springs, the range of LSD'ing and some noticeably off-model sprites, but these dont really take away from the overall experience

If you like the way Sonic plays in Adventure this is almost a complete port of his moveset. And for those of you who like the way Vanilla Sonic plays in SRB2 but feel he is a little too fast or slippery, then this mod is perfect. Sonic carries over his full moveset from SA1 with all the flair of SA2, it would be nice if you could use the somersault as well, but honestly it probably wouldn't get much use, the somersault jump on the other hand would probably be used often. And the magic hands, could probably work as a way to break down walls which cant be broken by the bounce or spindash. They aren't necessary and it doesn't detract from the mod to not include them, but I do think it would be a nice addition.

And if you wanted to, you could probably separate the mod into an SA1 and SA2 mod, the only difference being the slight change in moveset. I don't really think its necessary to alter the sprites aside from maybe adding the Soap shoes. Either way I really enjoy this addon, kind of makes me want the other Adventure characters in the game, but honestly they don't play too differently in comparison to the Vanilla characters, the only things I can think of is Tails and Knuckles having melee moves, and the two of them are a bit more floaty in the air since it seems like they fall to the ground slower.

Definitely the best sonic I've played with! Would you consider making a Adventure Shadow? one with a super that acts more like this ones. and yes I do know that there is already a shadow mod. but we both know you can make better ;)

5 stars! From the satisfying physics to the awesome abilities, Adventure Sonic is great! You could not get any closer to playing Sonic Adventure 1 or 2 with this character. Keep up the good work!

best character mod ive tried yet, i hope we get to see more character mods with the sa1 physics in the future cause imo this is THE way to do sonic right in 3D

also is there a way to make the ring dash instantaneous? that alone would make this a 10/5 lmao

The mod is fantastic but i have a problem where i cant spindash on sa sonic but i can on the vanilla characters how do i fix this?

Try 2.2.9, SA-Sonic doesn't have support for older versions, and people using them always have this problem.

I really love this mod! Catchs EXACTLY the Adventure experience, and feels like you're playing SA1 or 2, sometimes feels kinda buggy but nothing that can't be resolved! This is a really "Perfect" mod!
