Whenever someone gets banned, their name gets crossed out. However this dudes name isn't crossed out and they used a banned pfp to make it looked like he got banned

On real account I DID ignore em until now. I did read em I just dont remember number it says to not get off-topic. There is a Sonic X emote that when you touch a certain combination of 3 emote buttons it starts moving like crazy while some numbers appear on top of it until you release it and it stops doing it while it tells you the number that you touched, I don't know how to explain myself.

That is not a bug, that is intentional. Though I don't know what its use is, myself.
