Another thing, on Sonic 1983's YT channel, he ported Inazuma to 2.2. But the major thing to me is Frostiikin, one of the staff here, said this,
I searched up sonic 1983 on YouTube, turns out he was banned for porting srb2 top down, the addon page never had the portleg thing mentioned,
and the chance of an "official" port is never, sometimes I wonder with this site.
Remaking a entire mod with your own assets shows that you care about the original way more then just porting over someone else work without even asking first.
making an outdated Mod that people find nostalgic work properly on a newer release regardless of source is still quality work, unlike creating a forum so that you can cry about something not being how YOU wanted it to be.
at the end of the day, SRB2 workshop will be shitty no matter you like it or not
yeah, there is no way around it, the original stuff isn't really that good, there is a mod that stops time but other than that it's just eh, like a horrific love child of mb and gb, and we are the abusive parent. :)
We ban people from all around the world all the time. We didn't ban anyone for being from Russia. That would be stupid. To quote Tatsuru:
[yer a bunch of racists for doing that shit though.]
[I want to slap you upside the head from my screen SO GODDAMN BAD because you're being a complete moron] Just want to take a moment to clarify for anyone reading that this user's ban was due to their aggressive and threatening recent posts (one of which I removed), not due to defending the alternative community in question.
once again, I can't help but agree, maybe it's just how it comes off as someone to trust, a team leader if you will.
unlike the person who made an entire forum because of a Kirby srb2 level.
The SRB2 Workshop should be avoided at all cost, talking about them in general is just giving them what they want.
you made an entire forum to cry about a video game and are probably proud of it,
[insert quote]
I just wanted to point out that scarf the wolf is on the workshop, do with that what you will, unless it's bullying, banning, and or being a horrible person in general.
to end things on a better note, I think it's better to see effort and quality on the same level, someone's first project won't be as polished as their best, the better they get at their craft, the more they can do, if you want to take anything in this mess of text, let it be this part, together as a community, we can make a better tomorrow, but if we fight amongst ourselves, there might not be a tomorrow.
