Water -> Wino - turns any source of water into the funny and secretive, wino!

This mod turns all sources of water into wino, Wino is like water but it doesn't give you any sort of water physics. I tested it and you can beat DSZ acts 1 AND 2 with tails & knuckles, maybe try other water zones yourself!
