[Character] VinceX's Character Pack - Update : Sega Bass Fishing added to the pack

Hi there everyone! Welcome in to my character pack, where I will (hopefully) be introducing more and more unexpected characters into the kart dimension!

Current Characters

Spoiler: Sega Bass Fishing

A gigantic bass is running swimming amok the race tracks.
Hook it and guide the swift but sturdy Bass to victory!

Spoiler: Shyna (Silhouette Mirage)

Shyna Nera Shyna from niche game Silhouette Mirage joins the fray!
After completing her original task, she decided to join the kart dimension to kill some time.

Mirage prefered color : Red
Silhouette prefered color : Blue​

The full pack (KC_ShynaFull) will contain Shyna separated in 2 characters ; Shyna Mirage (Red side) and Shyna Silhouette (Blue side) to give everyone the choice between recoloring one or the other side of her dress. Each characters comes with a different signpost, wanted icon and a slightly different placing and minimap icon.
