The lava level before the boss is useless. :/

The characters cannot get back on the normal path after getting the Emerald in the first level, because the hole is too small.

LCZ was included as a beta, something not really done yet.

As for the waterfall, you'll likely drown before you get there. Still, I'm begging and pleading Draykon to decrease the size of the spring jump.

Nova Rocker Girl[x]]Sorry, about the level music (not His World, I like His world, but don't worry it'll be changed eventually). I'm sorry but I'm not a really big rap fan do you like any kind of rock (classical, punk, metal, etc.) cause Sonic games generally have rock as the super music.
It's actually Pillaris that had the idiotic music. Everything else was cool. I just think that the "wings" music was a little out of place.

As for "His World", I think it's generally a boring song to begin with, the rap is what caught my interest for the real thing. Still, turning super in the final release will be more or less story based. Seeing as how the chars don't thok, I'm pretty sure we can regulate the turning of the super. Anywho, all the super songs lost their salt for me long ago. If I had any say in the matter, Sonic CD had a particularly awesome opening song, but that's just me.

Camo, do you have a level header? Your level doesn't show up from level select, nor does it have a name. Heck, it might not even have music.

Still, the non hip-hop lyrics lost my attention lost my attention again. On the other hand, everything else was fine, if not better than every other Super Sonic song.

The Hip-Rap was icky but everything else is good.
Something for everyone.

*Back on topic*

The public should know that I and Blue04, the main level designer, played a net game yesterday on hard mode.

GVZ:We lost all our rings instantly, coulden't find more, and strugled to avoid enemy fire. He also lost a life when I dared him to jump in the water pit and come out alive. Neighther of us could get the green emerald.

In prizon break (zero quit GVZ and restarted on normal) he had to turn into SRB2(default)Knuckles to survive the platforming and get 2/3 emeralds. I never saw daylight and gameovered in the deathpit.

In bowsers domain:fire I thocked into oblivion, as Zero expertly slew bowser.

In pilars, I never made the first jump. Blue lost all his lives trying to find the emerald, and finished on the last life.

In the untitled dessert level I relaxed as blue found the emeralds.

In Bowser's Domain:Ice I outlasted BZ4 but died too. I HATE ICE SECTORS!

Nova Rocker Girl[x]]Also I will discuss in a PM why the abilities were not changed.
Look, I only want Tails to hover like Knux does now, and I want Knux to glide, no climb. Is that so secret? I know why Sonic dbl jumps, but that's the only thing that I can see that needs to be secret.

Also I do agree that Sonic CD had a good theme song.

That depends. If you're talking about the American version, then sure, change it for all I care. If you're talking about the Japanese version of the theme music CHANGE IT NOW! [/japanesemusicbias]

Here's an example why the Japanese music is better than the American music.

US version of Wacky Workbench Bad Future

JP/EUR version of Wacky Workbench Bad Future

The Japanese/European music is just... better.

EDIT: You have to copy/paste the links for them to work. Sucks, doesn't it?

I'm sorry, but you need to provide a better example than that. I find that those two songs are pretty similar in terms of quality. In my opinion, the US soundtrack tends to have better future tracks, while the E/J soundtrack has better present tunes.

By the way, you might want to use TinyURL next time, just so that you can make clickable links that don't stretch the tables. phpBB tends to be incredibly picky about what URLs it will willingly interpret, and it's best to bypass that all with a referral link anyway.

Yes, I socced all of the level headers into the MAINCFG. And yes I know that my map doesn't have a name or is on the level select screen. This is becuase I simply couldn't think of a name quickly enough. The original name was Sand Ocean Zone until I relised that it was also a level from SA2. Also of course my level has music. If you don't believe me just add the wadfile a type tunes 06 into the console.

Ok, I normally play without music, so that might've been why I thought that.

Also, you could use two of the same emerald items, and the emerald position would be chosen at random like in PBZ.

I considered, but then I just didn't bother. I'm currently working on another level for this mod (still unnamed). This new level will be beautiful effect wise. It will have so many FOFs and such that aren't even used for direct play only eye candy.

Well, FOFs for me are used for the majority in actual gameplay. However, my mapping style tends to require one control sector having several tags; it gets really confusing.

True, most FOFs are for playing, but the way I've used them is in a eye candy way.

True, so true. That remind me, has anyone got the Pillaris Emerald?
