Okay, I've got some bad news. The third beta will be delayed until this Tuesday. There are several reasons for this:
1. The CCM level has replaced textures which change normally used textures to snow.
2. I am visiting some relatives today so I won't have much time to work on compiling the mod and fixing the problem in #1.
3. Some assorted things are not finished. I am finishing up some enemy sprites (that were originally made by On_Edge) and I believe Camo Man still needs to finish putting the deathmatch starts and such into his level.
Once again sorry for any inconvinonce.

ACtually thats not the reason. I planned to do huge large intererors in the level. I was making the inside of the pyramid but ditermened that it would take too long. I was also making the inside of the boat/pirate ship, but unfortunatly I didn't have the time.
 
Camo, interiors do require FOFs, the question is how many tags you need.

I know that they require FOFs, thats just not my problem :x
I have to make the interiors before the release is all. And that takes time.
EDIT: I just read Nova's post about the coming on Tuesday. I should ahev the Coop version done by then.

Wait, what? We're using Espyo's Cool, Cool Mountain?
 
Okay....the question becomes: Will it stick around for the final release?
 
Sorry for double post but I have some bad news, Cool Coll Mountain is causing many, many textural problems and therfore will not be included in this beta, sorry.
However the sand level is finished for both Co-op and Match so we will have a level to fill the spot temporarily.

I beg to differ:

GVZ = GFZ1
PBZ = GFZ2
Fire Boss = GFZ3
Pillaris = THZ1
LCZ = THZ2
Ice Boss = THZ3
Sand = CEZ1

The player will be sent to CEZ2.
 
K, folks. This is the way I roll:

1)Right off the bat I noticed that GVZ had all them HPZWALL2s switched over to match the other HPZ texture I had in. As much as I had to go one way or the other inevitably, but I missed seeing the original way. Still, this prob'ly had something to do with Camos compiling for CCM.
2)Char wads didn't get their abilities switched. Also, Draykon's descriptions should've been changed. Yet somehow, the Sonic up spring frame was a nice touch.
3)Ma maps got their orders switched. *sniffle*
4)Uggh, inside the pyramid had an unclosed sector. That wall that went up for infinity. And congrats Camo, you made teleports far earlier in your career than I made GVZ hard mode water. (Note: Starting water in hard mode in a netgame requires all the players to step on the setcor. Fixed for next beta.)
5)Also inevitable, my maps got new music. I mean, it's the pits testing your level without a map header and hearing boss music, but this feels ridiculous...
6)Can Draykon soc the spring jump to be just as small as the spin jump? Please? GVZ and PBZ require it for some special features.
7)No socs. *moooan*
8)I missed my avatar so I put it back. :P
9) "8)" turns into a smilie unless you turn smilies off. How surprising.
Edit: Expanded 4 and added more...
10)Just turned super and relalised that the super music was an orchestrated version of "His World." I WANT RAP!
 
Sorry, about the level music (not His World, I like His world, but don't worry it'll be changed eventually). I'm sorry but I'm not a really big rap fan do you like any kind of rock (classical, punk, metal, etc.) cause Sonic games generally have rock as the super music.
We would've got good old Draykon to add the socs but I felt preasured for time. Also I will discuss in a PM why the abilities were not changed. Camo Man's level wasn't that bad, infact I liked it, it was only his second map I believe. Yay for your old avatar, it's like you never left on your leave of absonce :mrgreen:
