[Open Assets] SRB2 Bat Launcher

SRB2 Bat Launcher is just as it says on the tin, a SRB2 Launcher made with bat!
It can run SRB2win and SRB2dd, and also run them in OpenGL, Windowed and both. You can also start it with a wad/lua file.

Not particularly fully featured, and definitely needs to include an explanation of using tab to autocomplete filenames, but a neat curiosity. Also needs a way to select the mode you're launching in while also selecting files to add, it's one or the other at the moment...
