The Races in Sonic 2 sucked big time due to the very lack of content in that section, not to mention the squashed screens and the items... =/

Just seen this Co-Op thing. Sounds pretty cool actually, though it would of been nice if they used a different character than recolouring Sonic, but I suppose they have to make it fair in some way.
 
Anyone notice that the gameplay is mostly 2D for COOP?
I'm guessing that it'll be more 2D to focus more on COOP.

Edit: Apparently, the Metal Sonic world is actually 2 player mode.

I have the feeling that they're trying to increase the 2D parts wherever they can. Which I consider a good thing after seeing the rather bland 3D sections.
 
I haven't played Sonic Unleashed for a year. After you finish it there isn't much to do. I could always get those tokens, but they were a hassle to find.

Mainly I wanted to complete most of the Hotdog stand missions... but lets face it, they're just waaaaaay to tedious and repetitive. I think I only finished about three and stopped.

So I'm nobody? Even Sonic heroes got annoying because you had to do the same levels with each team, then there are the extra missions, and lets not forget expert mode (was there really an expert mode?)
 
-Wii version has six acts per zone and one boss, DS version has more traditional two acts and one boss.

Sorry about the image size, the site I got them from were extremely large. I think they should be resized by built in V Bulletin software.

Because unlike Unleashed... Adventure 2 actually had good crap to do in it and stages worth replaying, despite both sides having ditto concepts...

Well, I think it was obvious just because its on the Wii. But Sonic Team has been putting more focus on these Wisps and 2D gameplay. Which should even it out and make the stage longer. (If this game was a boost fest, I would expect the stages to be about 1-2 minutes long. Though, it isn't)

Wow, I forgot how bad the Wii's graphics are. Stylistically, it's pretty nice, but those are some PS2-level jaggies.
