As this is my first post here, I myself would like to make a request/suggestion for a custom track & new racer for Ring Racers/SRB2 Kart.
Back in 2021, someone here made Dirty Dick Dastardly a playable racer but it was lacking two important things: Muttley & Voice Clips.
Earlier this year, I managed to make my own sprite sheet of Dastardly & Muttley in SRB2 Kart by using sprites from the unreleased SEGA Genesis Wacky Races game and gave her a test run. It seemed fine. But it lacked the voice clips as it used Sonic's as a place holder.
If there was an example of one voice clip for the devious duo, I'd pick Muttley's infamous snickering for when the player successfully hits an opponent with a power-up.
As for a losing quote, I'd choose Dastardly's classic line: "Drat! Drat! And Double Drat!" Probably from the outro.
If you can manage to make this custom racer a reality, Make sure you give me credit for the sprites here:

Introducing the Wacky 500!
It's a race from start to finish line. The track takes place in the Wacky Races World (Obviously) on a highway. I've got the map layout here.
I placed road signs on the road to navigate the road, The blue lines on the road signify as segments of the race. The "!" signs are jump warnings like in Mario Kart Super Circuit (In which the signs are from) But I'd like to think of them as tunnel warnings. And the Speed Shoe icon is for using the speed boost power-up.
The part that says "DIRTY TRICK!" is basically a trap set by "you-know-who". I was thinking of a crushing mechanism or some mines.
If you have any more ideas for this wacky track, leave comments if you wish.
