This is a Kart mod that gives a powerup every lap you pass

The concept is simple, each lap you cross will roll a second roulette under your item slot and gives you a variety of powerups.
The powerups are splitted into 3 categories:

This mod's a lot of fun, but I find it works best in larger games and is a little weird with fewer players. Would it be possible to add a command to toggle it on/off based on how many players are racing? So it could be disabled for anything lower than 3 but enabled automatically when it's 4 or more?

-(changes)
Curse attack now affect rocket sneakers
Sneakers became a little bit stronger with long boost
The duration of curse attacks is now affected by the lap count
The amount of items given by item recollect is now affected by the lap count
RNG is a bit altered, giving a bit more offencive powerups at close range
Growing seed charge has been nerfed





-(fixes)
Punch bumper and curse attack didn't have their timer extended on next lap, this is now fixed
