So I never done any custom characters, or modding for that matter and decided to try it out by bringing my favorite arcade racer! This version of Pole Position is from the arcade game, I initially intended to make all versions of Pole Position, but decided to only make Pole Position 1 and 2 from the arcade because they are the best looking (I mean literaly, the Atari version is literaly just a square with 4 smaller squares as wheels). Both cars handle the same, but Pole Position 2 is a bit faster while Pole Position 1 has a bit more acceleration, both are super light which is kinda obvious since they are F1 cars.
There was a tiny bug that made both Pole Position racers character icon look the same in the character selection screen, i tried modifying both the sprites and the file (since they are literaly the same) a bit and got nothing, but since the bug only happens when both characters are in use, I decided to make them each a separate WAD file so when someone uses any of them, they would simply activate the one character they want to use.
