Im currently trying to get CNIKO to work, but it wont, it still uses Skips sprites, i'll add some images here, looking for advice.

check the files to see if the C is lowercase, if it is, rename it so that it is all caps

Checked it, it is all caps

and i do have the mod needed

might be how you inserted the files, the 'PIKO' folder is inside your models folder alongside the rest of the basegame models right ?

Honestly it should've just been one folder that has all the normal textures while the blends are kept in another folder, so its just a simple drag and drop

it would be weird, and it would stand out from every modelpack
idk about how they should be organized, but i think md3's, blends, and textures for a model should always be together
