The long-in-the-tooth sequel to my character pack from v1, there's not much here yet, but hey! You'll see plenty more down the road~

Toadette!

Intrusive thoughts told me to sprite her, and so I did. Welcome aboard!

Patch notes for v3:
- Added Toadette to the roster (Class A - 3 Speed, 1 Weight)
- A "No Overstat" version is now available for those looking for a version that's more strictly vanilla. Lucidiva instead simply runs the stats given on the chart: 9 Speed, 9 Weight.

I'm just... Impressed at the fact that you buffed MeeMee for Ring Racers.
In SRB2Kart MeeMee had a speed stat of 5 and a weight stat of 4 making her more of an all-rounder while slower than AiAi who has a 7 in speed and a 6 in weight. This mod however gives her a speed stat of 6 and a weight stat of 5 allowing her to be bumped a little less while going a bit faster than in SRB2kart. Sure other modded super monkey ball characters for Ring Racers are faster (Unless Baby gets added in with the same stats as the ones he had in SRB2Kart) but I'm not going to dock points off the mod for that. That would just be petty.

Three new characters, some resprites/updates, and a follower! Let's give the rundown:

Added the following characters:
- Chiitan (Japan's crazy mascot!)
- Arkain (OC)
- Angelina (OC)

Added the following followers:
- Toadette Thwomp (lol)

Changes made to the following characters:
- Ciala (Completely new resprite!)
- Lucidiva (Slightly updated sprites + new voice)
- Pellin (Hitconfirm, and boost sounds updated to be voices.)

I think I have a new favorite oc in ring racers, she's just so adorable, pure, and silly





















oh and don't mind Lucidiva there, I enjoy her goofy demeanor too

AWWWWWWWWW, SHE'S EVEN MORE ADORABLE THAN BEFORE!!!! CUTE LIL SPARKLY EYE PUPILS
though I'll miss the ole Tails Japanese voice lines from the London 2012 olympics, though I'm sure I'll adjust to it over time just like I did with Lucidiva going from Paper Mario the thousand year door sound effects to an actual voice, AMAZING job on this update, I look forward to whenever the next one is
