Fixed One of RVZ1's Extra Lives don't appear ingame

During the golden whirlwind shield dedicated path, there's supposedly a 1up you can collect here:



...however, traveling to that area in-game shows absolutely nothing. It's even funnier because ZB's visual mode shows the 1-up just fine.




I'd suggest patching in a platform for the monitor if this is a bug with Thing/FOF height.

I think the monitor just falls into the lava and dies on map load.
