I like to believe the pull a true arena and have a Soul Variation of the real final boss in some shape or form.
 
I'm sorry if this is something you've already taken into account, but I thought to remind you either way.

2.1 gives you 100000 points for beating a stage under 30 seconds while 2.2 gives you 50000, so you definitely wanna double check the points requirements for emblems on each stage! Or hack in a way to make the game give you 100000 points again.

I mean. would it really change anything, TBH its just the score, and do you see SRB2 The Past Caring about score?. ya sure

Me saying I would prefer the OG stuff released since the new stuff isn't something from the original SUGOI =/= Me complaining about a release date, I've already accepted it probably won't release until the next major update at this point I just prefer my ports fairly faithful.
 
about sugoi, It would be great to see that in the boss of subarashii, if you are blaze or marine, he also takes your solar emeralds

I mostly just removed score emblems, since the main campaign has stopped using them in general. The exceptions are if the author themselves gave me an update that had a new score emblem (or otherwise told me to keep it), or if it's a boss and it's just Guard Bonus.

Honestly the best decision you could've done! They're the most annoying emblem type anyway.

I read every page of this whole entire thread.2-3 years of making, and it still hasn't come out yet. I never really knew SUGOI, SUBARASHII, or KIMOKAWAII before, but now I really wanna see how this is going to turn out. I mainly just want to play SUGOI, so I can see where it all began. I'm still gonna wait patiently, since srb2 in general isn't really on my mind that much anymore.

I don't think so.. understanding that only a few ported their maps over, its really not looking like salt is getting the help she needs
if it was a least five people working on these port we would have more info about it

Yeah not really, I went up and asked someone directly (still not naming them), and since then they've since stopped having free time as well. I didn't get any other volunteers. So now it's back to just Axel doing music & me doing everything else. My house was hit by a tornado last week, so that doesn't help. I'm perfectly safe and have temporary housing, so no one needs to worry about my safety, but even more of my time is gonna be occupied by getting my life back to normal.

So, to reiterate my request from last year: if anyone with Lua knowledge wants to help finish the literal last thing on SUGOI, then please message me here on the MB, over Discord, or even e-mail. There is almost nothing left to do compared to when I last asked for help a year ago, so I think having even just one dude doing some scripting work could be the difference between releasing next month and releasing in 6. Otherwise it will be only me picking at it very slowly until I get a new house.
