MugenHunter Nack Lua help

Most of MugenHunter Nack Sprites are complete. However, I have no idea how to make lua. I need help in order to complete this character. I find a way to send a cork downwards while breaking bustable floors which, is basically the moveset Fang has in Sonic Galactic. I also want to make him compatible for battle mode and being able to access those abilties in every other gamemode. Please Help me Out.
