Hey! Do you want to play SRB2 with your friends, but don't know how?
I know how, (thank you, SRB2Fan!) but it might be tedious.
So, it might be hard.
So, here we go!​
Tutorial 1: Hosting.
Step 1; Contacting/Inviting.
SO: Just contact someone with his social media, in my case, Libera.chat.
It is easy if you are friend of someone.
But if you want to actually promote it to the world, it's a piece of cake. Just make a video and upload it to Youtube.

Ok, so you contacted someone. Right? Now you need to download Autopunch.
Step 2; Tools and Hosting.
Ok, here it gets interesting.
When you download Autopunch, be sure of having it open.
Then, open SRB2, and click
"Punch!" in the window. It will disappear and in the SRB2 Window Title, at the end it will say ", autopunch (version)"
Go to "Internet/LAN" in the Multiplayer Section "Host a Game".
And, open it! (It won't be possible to put it on the MS, you didn't port forward for it, right?)
Set your server and then tell your friends about this post.
Final Step; PTP Connecting.
Finally, go to

And tell your friends your IPV4, Don't be frightened, it is secure. It uses "PTP" methods to make your game contact using Autopunch to the other game.
It has top tier security, not trying to anger anyone ;D
So, what's all the go-around? Play!
Note: If your friend can't join, try telling your friend to get Autopunch​
Tutorial 2: Playing on another server (Autopunch)
Step 1; Tool downloading.
Search on your browser "Autopunch", and download it on GitHub.
When you download it, open SRB2 and the Autopunch executable.
Step 2; Entering
In Autopunch, select SRB2 and click "Punch!", it will put in the SRB2 window name ", autopunch (version)" and close the Autopunch UI.
If there is any errors, put a commit in the GitHub! (Don't worry, if the UI autocloses, it isn't an error.)
Then wait until your target user gives you his IPV4, and in SRB2, copy the IP address and join.​
FAQ, Answers.
1 - Is Autopunch secure?
Yes, it is! Don't worry. It sets a Protection Shield in your IPV4 to make it easier to avoid hacking.
2 - Why I need to put my ip?
Your IP is necessary to have a connection between your Game and the joiner's Game, don't worry, it is safe.
3 - Is it hard to do so?
No it isn't! It is easy. Just read again the tutorial 1 if you didn't understand.
4 - There are some errors! How do I contact the creator to fix the problem?
It's easy peacy; go to the Autopunch GitHub, and make a commit/bug report.
5 - My friend can't join! What's up?
Be sure that you showed your friend this post, or atleast told him to get Autopunch.
6 - I told my friend to get Autopunch, but he still can't join.
Did you copy correctly your IPV4? Check if you leaked your IP or IPV6, then copy your IPV4.

So ive got a weird problem, when i host, my friend cant join me, but when he host i can join him, neither of us have portforward and both used punch, is there something wrong with my side?
