SMGPack - Jotaro + Heavy and two custom colors

My two characters from SRB2Kart, brought new life in ring racers!

This pack features a port of Heavy, as well as a total resprite of my Jotaro, complete with a new kart!
The pack includes an SOC and LUA version. SOCs can cause desyncs online, so please use the LUA version (which starts with DCL_) if you're planning on hosting a server with this mod.

I know the pack just got accepted, but The Oni from "Ao Oni" has been added! He has a speed of 4 and a weight of 9 to reference his powerful but ever-so-slightly slower than the player nature.

SMGPack is under a rebrand! It's Guypack now. Also, 3 characters and 3 followers were just added! (One custom color, too!)

This update adds Dr. Neo Cortex, Kazuma Kiryu, and M. Bison as characters, as well as F'd Up Miyamoto, Squatto, and Albanian Pride as followers! Jotaro also had a stat chance from 7, 4 to 7, 6, and his skin tone was made...
