Well, this took me around 7 hours to complete and touch up, but it's complete and it looks awesome.

Screenshots are below, along with the Download.

Comments and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Well the level seems average but it does feel slightly lacking in areas. Such as underwater feels too empty. Maybe add a few rings so people don't get crowded to death there, and the upper most catwalk type areas. Other than that I feel it's good.
 
Okay, v2.0 is out.

- Added rings and more decarations to the underwater area
- Added rings to the upper area
