Gun to your head tell me what anything on those skill cards mean
Okay... The Great Wall of Text incoming.
Well, the stars in Sonic Battle's skill cards, as we previously established, indicate the card's cost in skill points (1 star = 5 skill points).
Then we have the number to the right of the stars, which is the card's ID. IDs start with 000, which is the very first skill card in the collection (Sonic Run). The collection in Sonic Battle lists skills by-character, so 000 is Sonic's Run skill, 001 is Sonic's Dash skill and so on, and only after listing the last of Sonic's common skill cards it moves on to the next character.
Speaking of which, your earlier screenshot showed Sonic Wave (which, by Sonic Battle's logic would be the second skill in your mod, and by the logic of counting by the skill type rather than by-character it would be probably 11th) has an ID of 2003. I sincerely doubt you have 2000+ skill cards, so I wonder where did this number come from.
Below the stars and the ID we have the skill's name, which is self-explanatory. It's worth noting that since the names were originally on Japanese, some of them were translated poorly (Rouge's ground power, which was originally "Silent Scythe" rather than "Silent Size", or Knuckles's "Grinder Attack" air action...) and some of them had to be shortened (S. Teleport - guess from who).
Below the skill's name we have a fancy animation that is supposed to show what the skill does. I guess the Sonic Battle devs tried to go for some kind of "Emerl is storing the character's movement pattern during the skill's execution" thing, but honestly, your animations are a lot better.
Next is... some empty space, where you decided to put the word "Emerl" in... was it ever used at all? I don't remember, and I doubt there was anything of use here in Sonic Battle's skill cards.
Below that we have the Power rating and the Speed rating, which... I believe these are just estimations (given to you by the devs) of how damaging the skill is and how fast it is. They are not in any way related to the card's performance in the game, but they are supposed to give you a general idea (for certain skill types Power represents something other than damage, but I believe you did not plan on adding any of these). Both stats range from 1 to 9, where 1 sometimes represents 0.
This actually comes with another question - does Power rating even represent anything in your mod, given how health system works in SRB2 (for players - Rings, for normal enemies - 1 hit is enough, maybe 2 for some tough ones, for bosses - typically 8)?
Below the Power and Speed ratings we have some fancy pattern which is probably supposed to look like some fine-printed text. It's just flavor, basically.
To the right of the Power and Speed ratings we have a fancy pattern that is probably supposed to show that in-universe Emerl's skill cards are actual physical objects that are inserted into the memory... slots (pardon my lack of knowledge in electrotechnical terminology) to give Emerl access to the data recorded in them.
Oh, and of course, the card itself is painted in the copied character's primary color, how could I forget. In case you're wondering, there is no indication of rarity on the card itself.
Phew, that should be everything.
Please put that gun down.
