Brought it upon themselves with their repeated rule violations. They'll be back, hopefully they learn.
Here's a universal rule: When joining a community, read the rules before doing anything. They clearly did not, and proceeded to repeatedly break Rules 15 and 16.

It should have a mix of all the basic skills, such as Spamdash, Lock-On, and Light-Dash.

The upgrades would be a great touch and I think they come with the character, up to that point I think and they will be the upgrades of Sonic Adventure 2.
