Everything, besides the kart sprites, are made by me.
Sounds taken from the BGM of Chibi-Robo for GCN

Update 1.5: Chibi is now in pk3 format, so the filesize shouldn't be a bother anymore! (Even though it's only a 200kb difference, but ey, it's better than nothing.)

Update 1.5: Chibi is now in pk3 format! File size SHOULD be lower now, though don't judge it based on the DL options, it IS smaller by a good chunk. I'll be leaving the wad version up, for those that want it, and any future updates will be done on the pk3 version exclusively.
