Have you checked the sprites in player.dta with SLADE? 700+ is overexaggerating! While 700+ is possible (I believe) with 16 rotation and full frame animations. I highly doubt your 700+ Sprites, for example Sonic has about 150+ sprites, not counting the super form.

Meh still a possibility that it might happen based on his abilities, seems like a hefty fella to do but we can hope that it would be at least 250 or below based on v.sonic's sprite amount, but would multiply since his superform might add or just buff attacks but still needs a respite of instead the casual adrift it's super adrift
 
What is your progress on Adrift so far? Please come back to the MB, and when you do, I really would like to see some progress. Adrift looks nice, and I really want to play as him.

Idk if this project still ongoing but we're In 2025 my dude I would like to see how your progress also please don't cancel it you have really good effort for making Adrift sonic alive keep going and stay strong man we're here supporting you 💪 💪 💪 💪

They haven't been online in almost 3 years.
 
From "ambitious" to "abandoned" yet again, like clockwork.
Whenever there's something being independently developed with such a large scope, it gets abandoned every single time.
Oh well, no harm done.
 
No one knows, but things like this are always happening. Like Platter said, every time someone shows a BIG project they're working on alone, it always gets abandoned. To do something huge like this you should need a small team to divide the work and not burn out.

this is something that appears is much common,and I'm not impressionated,because I always see this kind of project being cancelled in every fandom that I know,anyways,is completely normal at this point
