a problem with character addons

guys dont the (display this under my username)
so, whenever i enable certain addons (like for example the greg. addon) and check the character selection menu, it doesnt appear. can someone help me with this?
 
It possibly shares stats with another character you have, usually a slot will have a little red dot on the top right of the icon to show that there are more characters with the same stats. You can press the item button to show more characters
