Making this Open Assets is a devilish trick LOL

Heads up, this isn't 1/10,000 every second, it's 1/10,000 every tic. It will be happening significantly more often than in the Terraria mod because of that (usually once every couple minutes). I personally think it would be funnier if it took longer since that way you'll forget about it, but who knows.

oh peck no, I found out how to increase the spawnchance it literally just says 10000 somewhere and i made it 1 in 750

We are putting this in perfectly normal multiplayer servers to exercise our free will... (This made me remember a thought experiment I had that literally any popular youtuber could make a perfectly normal video... but they can simply add an extremely loud jumpscare with no warning and then just continue the video as normal... And literally nothing stops them from realistically doing this... ;v;)

too bad it doesn't really punish you for not letting go of all the WASD/ability keys by the time it opens its eyes

and i still need to sync the scare to the sound better
line 30 i think lets you adjust how many frames the anim can be

customization + ring racers

youareapirate_chance to change the chance to get jumpscared, the minimum is 10 have fun

the mod now works perfectly on ring racers (you at most would've gotten a warning about it before anyways but yeah now it works perfectly)

you can now change between the jumpscare potentially happening each second (this is the default now btw) or per tic (which is basically every frame lmao)

the consvar to do that is called youareapirate_type

that's how it always worked
also no technically you can only lower to chance to be 10, so it'll only happen once every 2 or 3 seconds
I also coded it in such a way to where even if it activates it can't activate again during the jumpscare

aw man, i just thought of that since it would be funny if i set the per-tic to 1 or smth to troll my friends in my server
