I'm Currently trying to make a Bowser mod for Ring Racers and I don't know what to use to make sprites. Got any Ideas? Edit: Thanks everyone for the feedback! Now I just need to draw bowser in a kart which will take a probably awfully long time Because I suck at drawing :)
