The sector that the crosshair in the 1st screenshot is pointing at has a sky texture, when it should have a texture of ACZFLR25 instead.
In the 2nd screenshot, the sidedef that the crosshair is pointing at has no sidedef, which lets you see a sliver of the skybox in the actual game.
The ceiling of a sector in DSZ1 is unintentionally high, and is missing a sidedef texture for this reason
