I just remembered that I'm supposed to make 1 bug report per thread, so I split my bug report from 4 days ago into 2 threads
Attempting to associate a NiGHTS mode emblem with this type of Special Stage will result in the emblem appearing in the stage's pause menu, and in the NiGHTS Mode menu, but the emblem will be impossible to obtain because the game will simply refuse to save your best time and best score, though it won't refuse to record your last replay.
I tried designating this as a Record Attack stage instead, but that makes the game not register the stage as a NiGHTS stage during Record Attack Mode; that is, choosing the stage via. Record Attack Mode will allow the player to take damage as if the player was in an ordinary stage such as Greenflower Zone Act 1, among other things.
Do know, however, that I haven't done quite as much testing as I'd really oughta do before making a bug report, so take that as you will.
