This wouldn’t make any sense. The title is literal - The karts, the ‘Ring Racers’, were created by Eggman (and Tails). They’re literally *Dr Robotnik’s Ring Racers*. Sonic’s not even in a lead role in game - the default character is, again, Eggman.

Sonic doesn’t get top billing just for showing up.

  1. I feel like they should be bonus characters, like Bonuschars.kart from SRB2Kart.
  2. I'll agree on this. I could see Friendmod being built-in into Ring Racers.
  3. To expand on this, It'll be Combi mode. And to add-on to this, what if you could switch between characters?
Team mode and Combi mode should also be playable in Match Race mode.
 
Suggestions for Future Updates of Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers:

-We need Japanese voice clips for all racers

-Translation texts: Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Malay, Hindi, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Arabic, Tagalog, Chinese, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Icelandic, etc

-More Tracks based of Sonic Fangames (Egg Garden/Robotic Resort Zone from Retro Sonic, Verdant Isle Zone from Sonic Galactic, Sunrise Gate from Sonic Overture, etc.)

You know, I actually agree on most of this. I don't see the points of hyper sonic and the supers[Including darkspine.], however. (Considering there's a super sonic MOD by Team Combi-Ring. But everything else makes sense lmao.)

2) Fix Eggrobo's voicelines, since they are very quiet in-game
3) Re-add a scrapped character
4) Allow restrictskinchange to be changed without cheats enabled
5) Allow the default color on "SEGA MY CARD mk III" to support custom colors
 
Got a new recommendation. Dunno how hard this would be lmao, but could you make it to where two to four people could play online on the same laptop?

Auto Gear only applies on netgames, and you can't choose the game speed on netgames that aren't your own.

Sonic's voice actor should be Jun'ichi Kanemaru, Eggman's voice actor should be Chikao Otsuka, Tail's voice actor should be either Atsuki Murata or Ryo Hirohashi, Knuckles's voice actor should be Nobutoshi Canna, Shadow's voice actor should be Koji Yusa, and Amy's voice actor should be Taeko Kawata.

you know you both can just... mod in your preferred voices, right?
 
How about a toggleable setting that replaces the normal Invincible/Grow music with individual character themes like in the All-Star Racing games? I've had this idea floating around my head for a bit. Nothing wrong with the current themes at all, just thought it'd make for a cute setting to throw in. Might even help better communicate who currently has a power-up active if you happen to miss the little voice clip? Idk.

Only other real suggestion I have is one I've seen tossed around a few times on this thread (from what I've scanned over at least). The "Grand Prix" challenges can get a bit much at times. Having those just be do-able in their own separate races would help quite a bit imo. Especially any of the Prison Break challenges, since you can't just retry those through the pause menu like normal races. Made getting Bean and the Hero and Dark Chao followers a bit much.

Don't get me wrong, I completely understand having it for achievements like "Get grade A on a cup" or "don't use continues", but for the challenges on individual maps, wasn't the biggest fan.

One last note, are Segata Sanshiro, B.D. Joe and Sketch from Comix Zone possible for future characters? I just think they'd be neat. :D

They can, though.
Let 4 players join the game, then click the Online option like normal. The only real drawback is that (afaik) players 2 to 4 can't chat.
