Extract the file with the models
Put the models in SRB2 V2.2/models
Go to the file's models.dat (the models are scattered across lines of quotes and text, here's a sample taken from the overview page, use that i guess)

Replace (if you know which model is which, don't replace ALL the models) SRB2 V2.2's models.dat with the one that is shown for the mod
You should be ready to go! Enable 3D Models now.

replace your existing files with the ones in the zip file, you can swap the models folder and models.dat file, or you can replace the lines in the models.dat with the ones in the .zip, hope this helps
