Hiya! I've been a huge fan of both Sonic and Ring Racers for the longest time, and I've kept a running list of potential character mod ideas on my computer for a while. They're all tied to Sonic in one official way or another, as I like to set my game to automatically load with characters that feel like they could be a part of the base roster. Unfortunately, I know very little about modding. And to further complicate things, I also play nearly exclusively with 3D Models (huge Sonic R fan); which I've heard complicates things significantly more.
So, instead of letting this notepad document sit dormant on my PC, I figured I'd upload it in the off-chance some of these ideas spark some inspiration in someone. All I ask is that you let me know if you see this and make one of these into a mod! (especially if you also add 3d models :) )
Additionally, if you have any advice or resources to help someone learn to mod for this game, please let me know! I've always been a bit hesitant to jump right into mastering making saturn-era models in Blender, but I may get brave and try my hand at it one day.
Also just a heads up, but none of the characters who are speculated to potentially be coming in a future update are not on this list.
