What you linked there is a reference manual, not a tutorial. Of course it's technical and hard to understand.I hope your documentation sounds alot easier than what we have to read before this.

Now I just got to wonder if polyobject texture rendering has been fixed.
I have a question; how many match/tag stages are there in 2.1.
Mystic said:It won't be released because it doesn't work anymore. The implementations have changed a lot in 2 years. I dunno if one of the devs wants to fix it.

If the old 2.1 match/CTF beta is any indication, there's gonna be 19 match stages total, which is way higher than the previous 9 stages in 2.0.x. Though I'm unsure if any stages have been added or removed since that beta's been released.
It was a pretty good idea. Does that mean no one will ever be able to make somthing like creator.wad?
A few have been removed since then. I don't know if any were added, but it wouldn't surprise me.
Tough luck.<@Rob> guys
<@SpiritCrusher> Well, in this case it actually IS his fault, so...
<Badz> D00D3TT364-Y, how do you plan to make that work
<@Rob> we're delaying 2.1
<@Rob> blame spazzo
<Badz> Graphics-wise
<D00D3TT364-Y> so you have to decide between normal jumps, AND using the homing attack
<Iceman404> <MonsterIestyn> Spazzogoat <---- that was horrible
<D00D3TT364-Y> for the homing attack gives you a fixed bounce
<Badz> Well shit
<Iceman404> feel bad, MI :V
<D00D3TT364-Y> but a normal jump can let you bounce higher with more air control
<MonsterIestyn> That wasn't a pun, that was a mix of words
<Badz> I was right, 2 weeks until they announce 2.1 is delayed for a ratarded reason
<D00D3TT364-Y> but could lead you into dangerous situations
<MonsterIestyn> OpenGL is not retarded
<MonsterIestyn> Nor are we delayed neccessarily
<D00D3TT364-Y> so the homing attack is almost always a safer method through the area
<Alam_Squeeze> I was planing to delay 2.1 anyway
<D00D3TT364-Y> but you're not gonna find everything with just the homing attack
<Badz> <Rob> We're delaying 2.1, blame spazzo
<MonsterIestyn> We're not even at our target date for a while yet
<Alam_Squeeze> I need time to update the SRB2Mac project
