I would like to introduce my in-progress character pack for Ring Racers. What was once an individual addon for my very first character - the Heavy Weapons Guy - has now become a growing collection with the goal of putting the rest of the nine mercenaries from Team Fortress 2 in Ring Racers. More mercs will be added in the future!
Featuring:
Heavy Weapons Guy (a.k.a The Heavy) Speed: 1, Weight: 9 A massive, lumbering bear of a mercenary who is far from a gentle giant, known for his expertise with firearms almost as large as himself, as well as a penchant for taking snack breaks in the middle of a warzone. "Heavy will race with walking egg and forest animals. Is very strange." |
The Scout Speed: 7, Weight: 3 The runt of the nine mercs, and a mouthy, narcissistic braggart whose ego is matched only by an admittledly impressive talent for outrunning things. "You? The fastest thing alive? Pfft, big frickin' deal. Let's see you cap 'dose points as fast as I do, spikey!" |
The Demoman Speed: 4, Weight: 5 A boisterous, yet self-pitying one-eyed drunkard hailing from the Scottish highlands, expertly skilled in weaponizing volatile explosives for messy results (and terrifyingly good at swinging haunted claymores through necks). "Last of yer kind, eh echidna? *sniff* You and me both." The Engineer Speed: 2, Weight: 3 A soft-spoken, Southern-fried gadgeteer from Texas who specializes in solving "practical problems" with his inventions. Said problems ususally being solved with his own brand of Southern hospitality: automatic heavy-caliber tripod-mounted turrets. "I think that plane of yours needs a little more gun, fox boy." |
