Since nobody dared to review this yet regardless of it being in a few servers now, I'll leave one for those that consider adding it to their server
Time Attack Leaderboard is an excellent addon and one of the best addons that creates replay value into maps, as well as a nice way to practice in the server when you are alone and got nothing to do.
Unlike the global leaderboards where I am personally not sure if there's any verification for cheating (ex: TAS), Leaderboard help creates times created by just the members of that server.
It creates a very fun small rivalry between you and the members of the server that play often on that same server to get the best and most polishing times of any maps.
It helps you practice, it helps you get more familiar with the ping and delay of that server, it helps you learn the maps better, and makes you in general have the motivation to practice with a goal in mind. Also, because you are on the server when you are practising there's a higher chance for someone to join the server and have actual games going.
The only downside personally is that users from the server that has the least delay/ping have at the end of the day the biggest advantages.
However, as stated earlier this addon also greatly helps with getting used to the ping from that particular server, which then will help you in actual netgames of that server, which Singleplayer Time Attack does not.
