[Open Assets] The Villager (Animal Crossing) v2

Nothing too fancy. Just a few last-minute changes I finally got around to:

- Changed Placing/Ranking icon
(Changed the icon to be the '1' insignia instead, for better cohesion & identifiability)

- Improved Shading/Coloring
(Lighter color palettes now look a little less wonky compared to 'Version 1')

- Stat Changes
(Speed remains the same (7), Weight has been reduced from 4 to 3)
