The Meowers Pack V3.2 - Srb2Kart (Last Update)

Dr.Robotnik's Ring Racers has been released and I'm porting the addon to DRRR, so I won't focus on V1 anymore, this will be the last version for Srb2kart so let's get down to business:

1. Raccy The Raccoon: the voice was changed to Eggman (Wii U)
2. Mini-corrections to sprites of the 3 characters (I just adjusted the format).

hello i made an update to fix a problem i was told about Sapari:

1. Fixed an issue that caused one of the Sapari character audios to not play correctly.
2. S_skin adjusted
3. The file positions are wrong, causing Game Crash

Note: I didn't find a voice that fits SAPARi Cat, but I remembered a PS1 game (vib-ripple and vib-ribbon) and used it as a voice (I thought it was cute, but I'll do more research to be faithful to the character)
