[Open Assets] The Matcha Gacha V2.1

Its not Halloween yet in my region but might as well post it a day early ya know?

Largely this update contains Halloween adjacent characters.

Oblina (Ahhh Real Monsters; Charmy's slot)
Mismagius (Pokemon; Jet's slot)
Grim (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy; Zipp's slot)

Additionally, Witch has received a resprite. Kronii also has had her head sprites adjusted to give a smoother rotation. I also 'recompiled' Kool-AId Man and Mumei cause why not. They're now pk3s separately now and have SSIGs and whatnot, lower file space actually compared to WADs.

Tiptup has gotten a resprite! I felt he was the character I felt needed a revamp the most, and so I did just that. Other than sprites, I changed one of his rivals to be ChuChu in reference to Pipsy, the fellow lightweight in DKR. (Also as a sidenote I fixed one of Yukari's rivals to actually show up so yeah) Of course I can't just post an update just for a resprite so:

Ouro Kronii from Hololive EN joins the pack! She uses Orta's statblock and has her design influenced from animations by user Comicdud.

OP will be updated shortly to reflect these additions.

Momoka Sonokawa from the manga/anime series Sabagebu, the iDog, Yukari Yakumo from Touhou Project, and yes, even Barney the Dinosaur join the pack as of this update. Momoka is a Class F in Azusa's spot, iDog a Class B in Carol's spot, Yukari a Class G in Eggman/Eggrobo's spot, and Barney is also a Class G to the left of Yukari's spot.

Other things of note:
Mumei and Rocko have received rival updates
Gigi had her hitconfirm sound changed
Zim has been removed from the pack. Its not something I'm ashamed of like with Rotom, but largely the version of Zim in PyPak is vastly superior to mine and even with 2 cakes and all that, don't think its inclusion is necessary right now.

In the aftermath of this update releasing, I'm going to do some other business with the game, though after this update, each subsequent update will contain resprites for characters I feel deserve them.

The next update to this pack will have 4 characters and I'm currently working on the last of them. I will give hints as to who they'll be though:

Just wanted to post this to show that this pack is not dead. Also I WILL plan on doing resprites every update after this upcoming one for certain characters I feel are relatively lacking.

Gigi's rotation kinda bothered me so I quickly cleaned it up. There's some sprites that I might fix later but eh, I just did the ones easiest to fix.

Less headbobbing. That's the update.

- Another VTuber from HololiveEN, Gigi Murin (same stats as Tails), joins the pack. I inspired her design from the animations of the YouTuber Comicdud:

- Rotom got booted from the main pack cause 1 it doesn't meet my standards and 2, well Bepis' RotomKart is so dang good there's no real reason to use my version. Its still available in individuals if you really want it.
- Witch got minor sprite changes

I wanted a quick update so expect the full version of V1.3 later. Also expect a page update later.

This update well, fully adds one character to the main pack and adds another.

- Kool-Aid Man added to full pack
- Nanashi Mumei (in the form of her 'puppet' style from the Hololive EN spelling bee, drawn by animator Noimible) is added, having Billy Hatcher's stats (4 Weight, 3 Speed) and being rivals with Metal Sonic, ChuChu, and Tails Doll. Ironically a Vtuber is something I wanted to do, and I also wanted to tribute Mumei as she's leaving that persona behind in a few days. So rubbed 2 and 2 together and hey.

Also a bit late happy anniversary for Ring Racers. Main page with be updated later with at least a roster update.

Something strange has occurred in the realm of the Matcha Gacha. Why yes, a brand-new event is occurring involving the citing of a suspicious character claiming of a 'life-saving divine principle', whatever that is. Get your chance to grab it now while supplies last! 909/10 players have written good experiences about this event while it was playtested, and whose to say the player is wrong in this case?

In all seriousness though, this pack adds in, yes, the Kool-Aid Man. He has 9 Weight and 2 Speed, and rivals Knuckles, Bark, and Chaos Zero. Voiceclips come from commercials of Kool-Aid as well as two from Family Guy's parody of the character. He's currently a separate file from the others as I'm currently deciding what to do with more 'jokey' additions in future updates. His 'pack' will be renamed come next update though.

This pack notably adds 3 new characters, Puggsy from the Psygnosis/Traveler's Tales game of the same name [Maria's statblock], Jashin-chan from Jashin-chan Dropkick (or Dropkick on My Devil) [Aigis' statblock], and Mira Yurizaki from Dimension W [Gutbuster's statblock].

As for updates for other characters:
- All prior characters except Witch have had their soundclip volume increased to match her and the three newbies.
- Rocko had a minor rival switch-up.
