i fixed and improved the filenames. GameBoy on GameBoyColor received colour shifting translucency (if it makes a change). i checked which palette is possibly compatible to Dr.Robotnik's RingRacers.
It just fixes a bit the Commodore 64 and Sega Master System palette to make it "more playable/enjoyable" it didn't changed too much That's it
