Super Nep Pack v7.1

Sprite fix and hurt voice line correction.

Noire as well has her HDD form, Black Heart are here for the Super Nep Pack.
Also, a few bug fixes and lua additions from Xian.

• Distant hitconfirm plays the correct voice line while transformed.
• Transformation from items works in battle mode.
• Expanded the range for which the transformation voice lines can by heard by others.
• All console variables have been merged for each character.

In addition a bug fix to let the pack work in dedicated servers has been added.

Fixed a typo that caused the Plutia -> Irisheart transformation to freeze the game.

Uzume has a new transformation. Just like Nepgear and Pultia, she can now transform into Orange heart.

Increased the volume of all the voices as well as increased the height of the transform sprite. Also changed the prefix of the file name to DCL as there is now lua. (Should have done that way earlier. oops lol)

Recently learned that the sprite offset I had set for the drifting made the sprites shake more drastically than normal. Fixed that. I also ported this pack to SRB2Kart (excluding Plutia)

Purple Sister has all the same options as Iris Heart.
