A very well done map that gives similar vibes to Beach house, while still feeling unique at the same time.
Map wise, my only major complaint is the beach feels a little cramped for the amount of objects that are on it.
On the technical side, I recommend either making the file into a pk3 file or including the map id's in the overview page so that players can find the map id fast.
I'd also recommend adding "MenuFlags = 18" to the level headers to both prevent the levels from being able to be selected in record attack (2 = hideinstats) and to let players select the level without cheats (16 = novisitneeded)
