This is one of the best srb2k mods ever made.
from the design and the flavor text to how powerful it feels to play as the character. It's a shame they aren't in the top 10 character mods.

Given all the versions of Dr. Robotnik(Classic, Modern, AoStH) we already have, it was only a matter of time before this one got in too...and now he's here, and it's amazing. He stands out so much compared to his fellow Eggmen! :)
