resort island zone V4

one lindef i forgot to make a slope, and showed a missing texture, oops!

i edited the level a bit, and added a few SLOPES!

happy late 1000 downloads!

i added the little islands
i replaced where tokens would be ( except the first one ) with speed shoes
and fixed bridge death
made it look a bit better
